Kuan Hsu joined GREE Ventures in 2012 and serves as Principal of GREE Ventures Asia. Based in Singapore, he oversees GREE Ventures' overall Southeast Asia operations as well as advising our portfolio companies. Kuan has led GREE Venture’s rapid expansion in Southeast Asia, leveraging his expertise in the Technology, Media and Telecom ("TMT") sector, buy side experience, and broad network.

Kuan started his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company before moving on to work in supply change management at technology manufacturer Solectron Corporation in Silicon Valley and China.

Kuan received his MBA from Wharton, then joined the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in Los Angeles and New York, where he specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions in the TMT sector. After that and prior to joining GREE Ventures, Kuan moved to Singapore and spent several years at Temasek Holdings, executing principal investments in the Financial Institutions Group.
