Based in China, Nicolas is a Venture Partner at Iris Capital, a global venture capital investor specialized in the digital economy who has been sponsored by Orange and Publicis since 2012. Nicolas takes care of Iris Capital’s investments in Greater China and supports the development in China of Iris Capital's portfolio companies.

Nicolas was an Investment Director at Orange Capital (China) between 2008 and 2012, where he was in charge of early-stage investments in Chinese startups. Prior to that, Nicolas was a Senior Project Manager at Orange Labs Beijing, which he joined in 2004 as a starting member. Earlier in his career, Nicolas worked for France Telecom’s Representative Office in China, for SchlumbergerSema (now part of Gemalto) and for the Arjo Wiggins Appleton Group.

Nicolas holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD (France & Singapore) and Tsinghua University (China), a Master of Science in ICT Management from EMLYON Business School & Centrale Lyon (France) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology (France).
