Lman is Cofounder & CEO to South Star Accelerator (SSX). Located within National Cheng Kung University, SSX's mission is to develop a thriving startup ecosystem in southern Taiwan.

Lman has more than 15 years in the embedded market, well experienced in the product strategy & team building. In the past years, he works for a startup radio company and start the journey of real entrepreneurship. Capable to build the cross industries team. He got his EMBA from NCKU 2007.

In the past years, focus on the Embedded Computing Technology filed. Built-up strong product lifecycle management & Business development skills.

* In charge Lilee Systems Taiwan office operation.
* Built up the PM team infrastructure & policy. Setup the NPI process in Kontron ASIA. * Built up the Kontron ASIA PM Service portal site for the internal customers, include all entities.
* Contributor and the iniaitor of UGM(Universal Graphics Module) standard.
* The products ever earned the 2003/2004 Taiwan Excellence prize.
* NuPRO-900A wined the 2003 Computex Best Choice.
