Robert is one of funding members of Zoom (zoom.us), a San Jose-based fast growing cloud video conferencing company. He is now the head of Zoom APAC responsible for forming partnerships, generating revenues and building business models in APAC region.

Robert also joins Hong Kong-based Oriente Holdings as a venture partner since Sep, 2015.

Oriente Holdings is a growth stage venture capital and private equity funded by Skype co-founder, Geoffrey Prentice. The portfolio companies include China’s leading P2P lending LuFax (lu.com), Barcelona-based hyper local classified business Wallapop (wallapop.com) and Kansas City-based the world’s first working capital market C2FO (c2fo.com).

In 2004, Robert Lo introduced Skype to Taiwan in 2004 while he was VP in Taiwan’s biggest Internet company, PChome Online (8044.TW). PChome became Skype’s first partner in the world and Taiwan is an important Skype market by active users and revenues.

Robert Lo were also the co-founders of a internet-related hardware company, brite-View (brite-View.com) based in Campbell, CA, USA.
