Rabbie (ErhFen) Kao is an entrepreneur, tech blogger and community curator. She works for Installments Inc. a Silicon Valley start-up as a Business Lead, working with international teams to develop the simplest installments payment service that speaks to the users'​ need to help everyone sell and buy anything in installments.

She is a tech blogger as well and more than 150+ articles of her writing about start-ups, technology trends and marketing has been published by Business Next, Business Today, Inside, TechOrange, PunNode and a number of online tech media.

As a founding partner of Spring Drive Ltd. and supervisor of AppUnvierz (NPO) at the early stage, she has successfully helped more than 100+ young entrepreneurs mainly from NTU, NCTU and NTHU, the top technologically advanced universities in Taiwan, engineer innovative businesses around their ideas and accelerate growth by offering 10-week mentorship program and 4-month "App Entrepreneurship and Implementation” course since 2013.
